HUBBARD Donna M. Howard, 44 of Hubbard died Saturday afternoon, February 7, 2009, at Northside Medical Center following a brief illness of cancer. She was born June 18, 1964, in Youngstown, a daughter of Russell A. Sr. and Olive Mae Koebel Howard and was a life long area resident except for living in Yakima, WA for four years.

Donna worked for Delphi in Warren and was also attending New Castle School of Trades. She was a member of New Life Christian Fellowship in Liberty, enjoyed auto mechanics, fishing, computers and video games and was a 1982 graduate of Howland Christian School.

She leaves her father and step mother, Russell and Dolly Howard of Port St. Lucie, FL and her mother, Olive Mae Shepherd of Hubbard; one son, Joshua Carlos Howard of Hubbard; one daughter, Brittany M. Howard of Warren; one brother, Russell A. Howard Jr. of Winesburg, OH; four sisters, her twin, Diane Kidd and Michelle L. Howard, both of Hubbard, Melissa M. Mason of Lowellville and Theresa A. Kuska of Port St. Lucie, FL; a grandmother, Vivian M. Koebel of Hubbard; several aunts and uncles, nieces and nephews; one great niece whom she cherished and her dog Smoochers.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Chester and Yvonne Howard and George Koebel; three uncles, Christopher and Leslie Howard and Don Koebel.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am Thursday at the Kelley-Robb Funeral Home, Hubbard.

Family and friends may call at the funeral on Wednesday from 5 to 8 pm.
