HUBBARD ~ Diana Lee Roth, 80, passed Friday August 14, 2026 at the Hospice House of Poland. She was the daughter of Paul and Mary Suttmiller Byers of Greenville, PA and was born on June 25, 1946.

Diana early on worked for McGinnis Brothers and Mason's. Later, she was a care taker and a wonderful homemaker for her two children. She was a member of St. Patrick’s Roman Catholic Church of Hubbard, and a 1965 Sharon High School graduate. She loved cooking, home interior decorating, hosting parties for family and friends, and was known for being the life of the party and her elaborate cards. Diana was the Matriarch of the family.

She leaves her beloved husband Ernest Roth, whom she married September 4, 1971 and enjoyed 55 years of marriage; her son Ernie Roth of Canfield;  her daughter Brenda Roth-Freeman of Girard. She also leaves two brothers Paul Byers Jr. and Larry Byers; a half-brother Bobby Byers; and three sisters, Esther Hassel, Ruth Miles, and Jackie Musch; a half- sister Janet Parker and five grandchildren; McKenzie, Victoria, Tristan, Johnny, and Novalee.

Diana was preceded in death by her parents; and two half-brothers, Curtis and Ronnie Byers.

Family and friends may view and call on Saturday August 22, 2026 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Kelley-Cummins Funeral Home in Hubbard. Funeral Services will start at 2:00 PM at the funeral home, with Father Ed Noga officiating.

Interment and Committal service will be in the Chapel at Tod Homestead Cemetery Monday morning August 24, 2026 at 11:00 AM in Liberty, officiated by The Very Reverend Michael Balash.
