HUBBARD Debra J. Menendez, 70, died Saturday June 8, 2024 at her home. She was born December 6, 1953 in Youngstown, a daughter of James and Grace Pasquale Suraci and was a lifelong area resident.

Mrs. Menendez, a graduate of South High School, was a member of St. Patrick Roman Catholic Church and a self-employed beautician for over 46 years. She was proud to be 100% Italian and enjoyed cooking, sewing and crafts.

Her husband, Manuel C. "Manny" Menendez, whom she married June 29, 1972, died August 5, 2023.

She leaves two sons, Dominic J. Menendez and his wife Trissa of Howland and Michael J. Menendez and his wife Kathryn of Olmsted Falls; a daughter, Lisa M. Stiftinger and her husband Kirt of Hubbard; a brother, James Suraci and his wife Chris of Hubbard and 6 grandchildren, Kirsten, Carson, Logan, Gianna, Isabella and Matthew.

Debra was preceded in death by her parents and her husband Manny.

Memorial services will be held on Monday August 5, 2024 at 10:00 AM at St. Patrick Roman Catholic Church.

Debra's final resting place will be at Hubbard Union Cemetery with her husband Manny.
