HUBBARD Darlene M. Minear-Baker, 48, of Hubbard, died Wednesday morning, April 7, 2004, at Northside Medical Center. She was born April 16, 1955, in Youngstown, a daughter of Jack F. and Kathleen E. Novotny Minear and had lived most of her life in Hubbard.
Mrs. Baker worked for The Vindicator and the former Federal Wholesale Company in Hubbard for 20 years, enjoyed spending time with children, camping and was the caregiver for her father. She was a member of St. Patrick Church in Hubbard.
Her husband, James Baker, whom she married in October of 1988, died in April of 1990.
She leaves her parents; a daughter, Erin Kathleen Baker of Hubbard; a brother, Christopher (Elizabeth) Minear of Cary, NC; four sisters, Jacqueline A. (Robert L.) Patton of Youngstown, Kathy L. (Donald) Hoffman of San Antonio, TX, Colleen M. Minear of Youngstown and Sandy J. (Bill) Hollis of Austintown; several nieces and nephews.
Besides her husband, her grandparents preceded her in death.
Funeral services will be held 9:30 a.m. Saturday at the Kelley-Robb Funeral Home.
