GIRARD Concetta C. Long, 82, of Girard, died Sunday morning at Shepherd of the Valley in Niles. She was born June 4, 1926, a daughter of Phillip and Mary Miladore Petrella and was a lifelong area resident.

Mrs. Long, a homemaker, was a sales clerk for Sav-Mor in the early 1960's and was previously a window dresser for Kress's in the 1940's. She was a member of the Girard Eagles.

Her husband, James E. Long, Sr., whom she married June 14, 1947, died February 20, 1988.

She leaves three daughters, Dianna (Edward) McDonnell of Girard, Cindy (Gary) Perry of Mineral Ridge and Janet (Robert) Camuso of Hubbard; a brother, Nicholas (Phyllis) Petrella of Girard; nine grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, a son, James E. Long, Jr. and a brother, James Petrella.

Funeral services will be held Friday 9:15 AM at the Kelley-Robb Funeral Home and 10:00 AM at St. Patrick Church.

Family and friends may call on Thursday 5:00 to 8:00 PM at the funeral home.
