YOUNGSTOWN Clark G. "Rusty" Cochran, 84 of Youngstown, died Sunday evening at O'Brien Memorial Nursing Home. He was born March 22, 1919, in Dawson, PA a son of Robert and Lydia Rathburn Cochran and lived most of his life in the area.

Mr. Cochran was a conductor for the P&LE Railroad for many years and a member of the VFW in Youngstown. He served with the Army in World War II in the European Theater.

His wife, the former Ida H. Bruce, whom he married in 1966 died in 1995. He leaves a daughter, Phyllis of Boardman, a stepson, John J. Mihaley of Warren, OH; a stepdaughter, Joan Villano of Hubbard; nine grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.

His parents and two sisters preceded him in death.

There are no services or calling hours.

The Kelley-Robb Funeral Home in Hubbard handled arrangements.
