HUBBARD Charles. E. Robb Sr., 78, of Hubbard, died Monday morning, September 2, 2002, at his residence. He was born August 19, 1924, in Hillsville, PA, a son of Anthony and Concetta Offredo Robb and had lived in Hubbard since 1937.

Mr. Robb owned and operated Robb's Gulf Service Station in Hubbard for over 30 years retiring in 1988. Since 1989, he had worked at the Kelley-Robb Funeral Home, Hubbard. He was a former member of Spring Hills Club, Hubbard and enjoyed fishing, hunting, golfing and dancing. He was an Army Veteran.

His wife, the former Marjorie Roskos, whom he married October 3, 1946, died October 24, 1990. He leaves two sons, Dennis C. (Ruth Ann) Robb of Hubbard and Charles E. (Mickey) Robb Jr. of Dumfries, VA; a daughter, Elaine J. (Daniel) Scott of Hubbard; a sister, Helen Lockso of Jamestown, PA; his companion, Rita Bolchalk of Hubbard; six grandchildren and five great grandchildren. His parents, one brother, John Robb and four sisters, Rita DeOtto, Mary Glod, Ann Christy and Lena Maxwell are deceased.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, 9:30 AM at the Kelley-Robb Funeral Home and at 10:00 AM at St. Patrick Church.

Friends may call at the funeral home on Wednesday, 5 to 8 PM.
