HUBBARD Charles A. "Buddy" Jackamo, Jr., 71, of Hubbard, died Sunday afternoon, April 9, 2006, at Liberty Health Care Center. He was born June 3, 1934, in Hubbard, a son of Charles A. Sr. and Cecelia Wilkens Jackamo and was a lifelong Hubbard resident.

Mr. Jackamo worked for Sid Mar Foods, retiring in 1999. Prior to this he worked for the Brentford House in Hubbard for over 20 years. He was a member of St. Patrick Church in Hubbard, the Knights of Columbus, Msgr. Francis Hughes Council No. 2072 and the Northside Club. Buddy was an avid bowler, having bowled in several leagues at Bell Wick Bowl in Hubbard. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army.

He leaves a brother, Thomas J. (Pauline) Jackamo of Liberty and two sisters, Rose Mary Dailey of Lake Milton and Jane (Dave) Watson of Florida.

His parents preceded him in death.

Friends may call from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday at the Kelley-Robb Funeral Home in Hubbard.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday at the funeral home.
