HUBBARD Charles Gelety, 70 of Hubbard, died Sunday morning at UPMC Horizon Hospital, Farrell, PA. He was born February 28, 1931, in Masury, OH, a son of Andrew and Mary Zoch Gelety and was a life long area resident.

Mr. Gelety was an insurance agent for American General Insurance Company for over 30 years and retired in 1985.

He was a member of St. Patrick Church and the Russian, Saxon and Sons of Italy clubs. He enjoyed gardening, going to flea markets, fishing and hunting.

Mr. Gelety leaves his wife, the former Teresa M. Vendemia, whom he married January 30, 1960; a brother, Michael Gelety of Cleveland, OH; four sisters, Irene Gelety of Rocky River, OH, Anne Pajak of Brookfield, Mary G. Pleso of Hermitage, PA and Pauline Grunden of Cincinnati, OH; numerous nephews and nieces. A brother, Andrew Gelety Jr. and a sister, Eleanor DeCerbo are deceased.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, 9:30 AM at the Kelley-Robb Funeral Home and at 10:00 AM at St. Patrick Church.

Friends may call at the funeral home on Tuesday, 6 to 8 PM.

Burial will be in Brookfield Township Cemetery.
