HUBBARD Charles Carnahan, 69, of Hubbard, died Monday morning, January 3, 2005 at St. Joseph Health Center in Warren. He was born June 25, 1935 in Youngstown, a son of Edward and Mary Etta Edwards Carnahan and was a life long area resident.
Mr. Carnahan worked for the City of Youngstown for 10 years, retiring in 1975 and prior to this worked for Youngstown Sheet & Tube for 10 years. He loved spending time with his family and watching his grandchildren play sports.
He leaves two sons, Brian E. (Donna) Carnahan of Hubbard and Charles W. Carnahan of Austintown; 5 grandchildren, Jason, Jessica, Kelli, Shane and Michael; and 2 great-grandchildren.
His parents, a brother, Walter "Judy" Edwards and a sister, Betty Kelly, preceded him in death.
Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday at the Kelley-Robb Funeral Home.
Friends may call from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday at the funeral home.
