HUBBARD Chuck Blake, beloved husband, father, grandfather and friend, passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family. He was a man of great passion, especially when it came to his family and the great outdoors.

Chuck was the dedicated husband of Patricia Blake and the cherished father of Kristina Blake and Charles Blake and adopted daughter, Alli Wilms. He took immense pride in being a devoted grandfather to Noah Blake, whom brought him endless joy and happiness. Chuck's family extended to multiple nephews and nieces. He had a very special bond with the following nephews, Ricky Blake and Josh Blake and nieces, Jessica Blake and Marisol Blake.

A man of simple pleasures, one of Chuck's greatest joys was fishing and hunting, which was more than a hobby; they were a way of life. From the crack of dawn, casting a line into a serene lake, to the crisp autumn mornings in the woods, Chuck was in his element. Chuck's passion for the outdoors was something he eagerly shared with his family, teaching them the patience and skills required for fishing and hunting. These opportunities gave him a chance to bond with countless friends and family members through the years.

Chuck leaves behind a legacy of love, dedication and a deep appreciation for the simple joys of life. His spirit will live on in the hearts of those who knew him and his memory will forever be cherished. He will be deeply missed, but his legacy will endure through the stories, lessons and the love he imparted on his family and friends.

There will be a celebration of life for Chuck on August 7, 2024 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Harding Park Pavilion #3, 249 Roosevelt Dr., Hubbard, OH 44425. All family and friends are invited to the event for the celebration.
