HUBBARD Chad C. "Duck" Johnson, 19, of Hubbard, died Saturday morning, May 7, 2005, as the result of a traffic accident. He was born January 8, 1986, in Youngstown, OH, a son of Jeffrey K. and Bobbi S. Clark Johnson and was a life long Hubbard resident.

Chad was employed by the Industrial Mill Maintenance Co. in Youngstown and was a 2004 graduate of Hubbard High School. He was a member of the YMCA and enjoyed fishing, camping, boating and roller hockey.

He leaves his father, Jeff, of Hubbard and his mother, Bobbi, of Cornersburg; a brother, Eric K. Johnson of Hubbard; one sister, Jamie L. Johnson and her fiancé, Brian Orr, of Hubbard; grandparents, Richard M. and Patricia A. Johnson of Brookfield and a niece, Riley M. Orr of Hubbard.

His maternal grandparents, William E. and Doris M. Clark are deceased.

Funeral services will be at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday at the Kelley-Robb Funeral Home.

Friends may call at the funeral home on Tuesday, 5:00 to 7:00 p.m.
