HUBBARD Catherine Estell Ryser, 78, died Tuesday evening January 18, 2011 at her home. She was born December 1, 1932 the youngest of 10 to Joseph and Victoria Kjovanski Hesky.

Mrs. Ryser, a homemaker, was of the catholic faith and was High School Valedictorian. She resided in Hubbard on the Ryser Farm where they raised 11 children, supported them in education and saw each and every one of them turn into mature and loving adults. Catherine's children were her life and happiness. She enjoyed spending time with her family, reading and was known by many in Hubbard as "Mom".

She is survived by her husband of 56 years, Joseph Ryser; her children, Mr. and Mrs. Rebecca Marucci of Hubbard, Mr. Joseph Ryser of Kentuckey, Ms. Christine Orr and Mr. Robert Ryser both of South Carolina, Mr. and Mrs. Katherine Dunch of Hubbard, Mr. Roy Ryser of Hubbard, Mr. and Mrs. Jerry Ryser of Columbus, Mr. and Mrs. Victoria Briggs of Pennsylvania, Major Elizabeth Ryser of the US Army and Mr. and Mrs. Barbara Phillips of Hubbard; a brother, John Hesky of Youngstown; grandchildren, Dana and James Marucci, Nicole Ryser, Mr. and Mrs. Randy Ryser, Jonathan, Joshua and Rachael Dunch, Mr. and Mrs. Roy Ryser, Patty, Andrew, Amanda and Sarah Ryser, Jessica, Samantha and John Orr, Jasmine, Seth and Zachary Phillips; four great grandchildren, Colton and Allee Lowry and Albert and Layna Ryser.

She was preceded in death by her parents, five brothers, three sisters, a son, Albert Ryser of Bradenton, FL and three grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held Saturday 10:30 AM at the Kelley-Robb Funeral Home.

Family and friends may call on Friday 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the funeral home.

Burial will be at Maple Grove Cemetery.
