POLAND Carol Lee Wright, 56, died Saturday evening, December 12, 2015 at Hospice House. She was born December 20, 1958 in Cleveland, a daughter of Dr. John Vanko and Mildred Sally Popovich Wright.

Mrs. Wright was a teller for over 20 years working for Home Savings and Loan. Carol was very hospitable towards her neighbors when they were ill, was a very hard worker and loving person. She especially loved and was deeply loved by her family. Carol enjoyed gardening, canning, bird watching, bird feeding and her 2 dogs, Molly and Rocco.

Carol leaves her husband, Kenneth Lee Wright, whom she married August 1, 1981; her mother, Mildred Sally Popovich Wright of Hubbard; four sisters, Patricia (Dennis) Kackos of Sedona, AZ, Linda (Jerry) Piergiovanni of Port St. Joe, FL, Marilyn (Matt) Moore of Hubbard and Nancy (Henry) Wawak of Annapolis, MD. She also leaves several brothers and sisters-in-law and nieces and nephews and her father, Dr. John (Beverly) Vanko of Sharon, PA.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents.

Family and friends may call on Thursday December 17, 2015 from 4:00 to 7:00 PM at the Kelley-Robb-Cummins Funeral Home and also on Friday December 18, 2015 one hour prior to the services from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the funeral home.

Funeral services will be held on Friday December 18, 2015 at 11:00 AM at the Kelley-Robb-Cummins Funeral Home with her brother-in-law Matt M. Moore officiating, who is a minister associated with the Jehovah Witness Congregation in Sharon, PA.

Memorial donations may be made to the Animal Charity Humane Society, 4140 Market St., Youngstown, OH 44512.

Interment will be at Hubbard Union Cemetery.
