HUBBARD Funeral services will be held Friday 2:00 PM at the Kelley-Robb-Cummins Funeral Home for Carol J. O'Rourke, 73, who died Wednesday morning August 1, 2012 at Hospice House. She was born August 3, 1938 in Hubbard, a daughter of Joseph and Caroline DePaul Carano and was a lifelong Hubbard resident.

Mrs. O'Rourke was a 1956 graduate of Hubbard High School and attended Youngstown State University. She was a member of St. Patrick Church and was the secretary to Bishop Malone at the Catholic Diocese for 4 years. Carol was most happy being outdoors doing yard work and creating a beautiful home for her family.

She leaves her husband, George "Pat" O'Rourke, whom she married May 30, 1959; two sons, Tim (Sherry) O'Rourke of Avon and Ken O'Rourke of Cleveland; three daughters, Denise (Frank) Cardon of Austintown, Jennifer (Jeff) Kurz of Liberty and Carolyn O'Rourke of Hubbard; two brothers, Joseph (Sue) Carano and Mark Carano both of Hubbard; four sisters, Rita (Ray) Fenton, Irene Brall, Virginia (Carmen) Morocco and Laura Gonzalez all of Hubbard; 10 grandchildren and 1 great grandson.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Family and friends may call on Friday 1:00 to 2:00 PM at the Kelley-Robb-Cummins Funeral Home.

Interment will be at Hubbard Union Cemetery.
