HUBBARD… Carol London-Nuth, age 72, passed away at her home on Thursday June 12, 2025. She was born October 25, 1952 in Youngstown, Ohio and was a daughter of Charles A. and Dorothy M. (Hilgar) London.
Carol was a 1971 graduate of Hubbard High School and furthered her education at Youngstown State University and St. Elizabeth Hospital Respiratory Therapist Program completing her course work and earning her certification in 1977. She was a lifelong Hubbard resident and member of St. Patrick Roman Catholic Church. Carol began her work as a Respiratory Therapist in 1977 at St. Elizabeth Hospital, Youngstown; where she remained until her retirement in 2017. Carol enjoyed trips to Geneva-on-the-Lake, dancing at the Renaissance Fair, visiting and relaxing at wineries and enjoyed raising several horses in her younger years. She loved her pets, but above all she loved her son.
She is survived by her son Thomas E. Nuth Jr. of Hubbard; and her three brothers Paul (Anne) London of Boardman, Ohio, Jeffrey (Donna) London of Fair Oaks Ranch, Texas, and Neal (Louise) London of Forney, Texas. Carol was preceded in death by her parents Charles and Dorothy London in 1999.
Her husband Thomas E. Nuth Sr., whom she married on October 29, 1991, passed away December 9, 1994. She was also preceded in death by her Life Companion of over ten years George M. Chopp Jr., who passed away in 2024.
A Celebration of Carol's Life will be held at Boardman Park, 375 Boardman Poland Road, Boardman OH 44512 in the Lariccia Family Community Center (LFCC), Stambaugh Room on August 7, 2025, where the family will receive friends from 11:00 AM until the time of the service at 12:00 noon.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the Kelley-Cummins Funeral Home, Hubbard.
