HUBBARD Carmen M. Rios, 92, of Hubbard, died Friday evening, March 13, 2009, at her residence. She was born November 30, 1916, in San Luis Potosi, Mexico, a daughter of Juan and Sara Loredo Mendel and lived in Texas as a child. Her family moved to Mingo Junction, OH at the age of 7 and to Youngstown in 1945.

Mrs. Rios was a homemaker and a devoted mother and grandmother.

Her husband, Michael Rios, whom she married November 24, 1933, died July 12, 1988. She leaves three sons, Robert (Donna) Rios of Poland, Abel (Terrie) Rios of Niles and Joseph (Jeri) Rios of Hubbard; one daughter, Eloise Fisher of Girard; one brother; three sisters; 20 grandchildren; 35 great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.

She was preceded in death by her husband and parents.

Funeral service will be held 11:00 am Saturday, March 21, 2009, at the Kelley-Robb Funeral Home.

Family and friends may call one hour prior to the service.
