HUBBARD Carl Robert Brown, Jr., 47, of Hubbard, died Tuesday morning at the Cleveland Veterans Hospital. He was born December 8, 1953, in Youngstown, a son of Carl R. and Olga Glus Brown Sr. and was a life long area resident.

Mr. Brown was self-employed and a member of the Hubbard Congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses. He served with the U.S. Marine Corps and enjoyed fishing and the outdoors.

In additions to his parents of Hubbard, he leaves his wife, the former Mary Hoffman, whom he married January 4, 1975; two sons, Carl and John, both of Struthers; two daughters, Loreda Schell of Hubbard and Tammy Frantz of Kinsman; two brothers; four sisters and three grandchildren. A daughter, Violet Brown is deceased.

Funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday at the Hubbard Congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses.

Friends may call at the Kelley-Robb Funeral Home on Friday, 5 to 7 PM.
