IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Cari D.
Johnson
May 28, 1978 – July 29, 2025
HUBBARD Cari DeAnne Johnson, Born May 28, 1978 into the Keenan/Shodd Family. Cari was a very outgoing and selfless woman throughout her life. She leaves behind two sisters. Katie McMillen and her husband Keith of Hubbard and Christy Fisher and her fiancée Jimmy Flack of Ashtabula.
She played soccer throughout her childhood along with her sisters Katie and Christy. Cari made many everlasting memories with so many people over the years. She cares and loved everyone that was in her life till her last breath. She was a die hard Cleveland Browns fan and never gave up on them no matter if they did bad or not.
She loved doing people's hair as she had done it since she was 19. Her biggest passion was doing people's hair no matter how hard the challenge, she always did the best she could to make whoever happy.
Cari had so many friends which she adored dearly, ones that lasted for many years and ones that will continue to last even though she is gone.
Cari put up a long fight against cancer for nearly a year and a half. Through so many ups and downs, she never gave up. She went through so much but she was always thankful for all her friends and family being there for her every step of the way. We know she fought till her very last breath.
As she slowly slipped away from life, Her son Layne Marling, Husband Jeremiah (John) Johnson, and Mother Diana Keenan were there with her.
We think as she slipped away, she knew it was her time to go and God took her home. She is free from all pain and will be able to have her long flowing beautiful red hair which she always adored. She is now surrounded by family that has passed including her grandparents, her Uncle GoGo, Aunt Dorothy (Donut), and her best friends Joanne and Laurel.
Cari loved everyone who was in her life and we know she is up there smiling down, free of pain, and watching over everyone who she loved. She may now be gone from life on Earth but her memory will always live on as an amazing mother, wife, daughter, sister, niece and friend that she was to all.
Rest in Peace Cari.
We will never forget you and love you always until we see you again one day.
