HUBBARD Barbara E. Yaksic, 87, of Hubbard, died on Wednesday evening, April 2, 2008, at St. Elizabeth Health Center. She was born on March 15, 1921, in New Middletown, OH, a daughter of George and Barbara Gunarich Bereck and lived most of her life in Hubbard.

Mrs. Yaksic was a homemaker and a member of St. Patrick Church in Hubbard. She enjoyed gardening, cooking, baking and bowling.

She leaves her husband, Joseph J. Yaksic, whom she married on October 25, 1949; a son, George M. (Peggy) Yaksic of Rehoboth Beach, DE and a grandchild, Andrew L. Millman of Rehoboth Beach, DE.

Preceding her in death were her parents, brothers, Michael, Ignatz, Joseph and Nick Novosel and sisters, Katherine Onestak and Anna Jacobs.

There will be no funeral services or calling hours.
