HUBBARD Alva Mayle, Jr., 73, of Hubbard, went to live eternally with Our Lord and Savior on September 30, 2008. Alva was born on August 11, 1935, in Phillippi, WV, a son of the late Alva and Loretta Mayle and lived most of his life in Hubbard.

He leaves behind his loving and devoted wife, Phoebe Ashman Mayle of 55 years; three daughters, Darlene Juillerat and husband, Wilbur, of West Middlesex, PA, Donna Kropinak of Bonita Springs, FL and Marilyn Veach and husband, Elden, of Erie, PA; five grandchildren, Glori Jones and husband, Rod, of West Middlesex, PA, Elden and Katie Veach of Erie, PA and Robert and Brandon Mayle of West Middlesex, PA; great-grandchildren, Gillian, Vivian and Roman Jones and loving brother, Gary Mayle and wife, Phyllis, of Hubbard.

Waiting for him in Heaven are his two sons, Terry and Larry Mayle.

He will be sadly missed by those he loved.

Family and friends are invited to attend the service on Thursday at 1:00 p.m. at the Kelley-Robb Funeral Home in Hubbard, where calling hours will be from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. prior to the service.
