HUBBARD Alice A. Hetmanski, 65, died Monday afternoon, November 16, 2009. She was born February 13, 1944 in Youngstown, a daughter of John and Mary Keshock Chervinko and was a lifelong area resident.

Mrs. Hetmanski was co owner and operator of Studio 2000 Hair Salon in Youngstown for 20 years and had previously worked for General Electric. She was a member of SS Cyril and Methodius Church of Youngstown, the Altar and Rosary Society, Infant Jesus of Prague, The Ladies Guild, was a Eucharistic Minister, served on Parish Council and was very active in the church environment.

Alice enjoyed watching her grandsons, Brandon and Jaret, play hockey and baseball and her granddaughter, Abigail, play soccer. In her spare time she enjoyed playing the nickel slots at any casino.

Her husband, Edward J. Hetmanski, Sr., whom she married July 15, 1967, died March 26, 2002.

She leaves two sons, Edward J. (Jill) Hetmanski, Jr. of Warren and David A. (Melissa) Hetmanski of Hubbard and three grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and two sisters, Mary Helen and infant Evelyn.

Funeral services will be held Friday, 11:30 AM at the Kelley-Robb Funeral Home and 12:15 PM at SS Cyril and Methodius Church.

Family and friends may call on Thursday from 5:00 to 8:00 PM at the funeral home.
