HUBBARD Mrs. Akiko Hall, 70, of Hubbard, died Thursday evening, March 7, 2002, at Northside Medical Center. She was born September 15, 1931 in Tokyo, Japan, a daughter of Takeshi and Kikuyo Sekiya Ueno and came to the United States in 1953 settling in Youngstown and moved to Hubbard in 1963.
Mrs. Hall, a homemaker, attended Calvary Baptist Church, Hubbard and enjoyed her home and family.
She leaves her husband, Delbert Hall whom she married in Japan in 1949; two sons, Ricky (Pam) Hall of Hubbard and Larry D. Hall of Columbus; two daughters, Yanett H. (Ted) Pysher of Salt Lake City, UT and Naomi (Chris) Hentsch of Hubbard; a brother, Kenichi Ueno of Chiba, Japan; a sister, Seiko Saito of Tokyo, Japan; a sister in law, Alberta Bakondy of Canfield, OH; a brother in law and sister in law, Frank and Joyce Hall of Bristolville, OH; six grandchildren, Jeremy, Megan, Kevin, Nathan, Jason and Alex. A sister, Toshiko Ueno is deceased.
Funeral services will be held Monday 11:00 AM at Calvary Baptist Church, Hubbard.
Friends may call at the Kelley-Robb Funeral Home, Hubbard on Sunday, 3 to 6 PM and also one hour prior to the service Monday, 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM, at Calvary Baptist Church, Hubbard.
